From the first time we met with Jaime, we knew she would be a great agent for us.

She was very real with us the entire time: never trying to paint the market conditions of 2022 as too dismal or too perfect. Throughout the entire home search process, she was easy to get a hold of and schedule showings. We appreciated her skill and attention to detail as we toured houses. Not only would she show us the house, but she paid attention to the small things buyers may not notice—how good of a roof does it have, presence/absence of a linen closet, etc. She also coached us through how to examine the water heater and furnace and see how new they were and taught us about the average life expectancy of both. After we were done looking at a house, she’d get both of our opinions before giving her opinion of the house. We always valued her opinion since we knew she had our best interests in mind and wanted to make sure we were happy with our home. Overall, working with Jaime was a great experience and we'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

Highly highly recommend! We really needed someone who knew the area and could help us get into the right house and neighborhood. She recommended we take a look at a house that we had already discounted online because she said the neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. And she was absolutely correct. We ended up loving the area and the house. Because the housing market is so competitive, it's difficult to know what to include in your offer. Jaime was instrumental in helping us come up with different strategies and that truly is the only reason the sellers chose us. We will forever be grateful for Jaime's insight and guidance.

"A quick backstory on our situation; we had a lot of household items to ship, which required multiple moving companies shipping at different times. We had to be in California to receive half of our items before the rest could be picked up in Washington State. While we were enroute to California, Jaime personally oversaw the shipment of the rest of our items from Washington State. She also had a team in place to repair, replace, and prepare our home to sell. She also provided timely and consistent feedback after walkthroughs were completed. She also kept us abreast of overall market conditions which helped us in deciding on the best price structure while selling our home. If you're looking for a full-service approach to selling your home, Jaime has the know-how and resources to pull it off. Henry R."

"Jaime's ability to marshal local resources is second to none. She was able to summon a veritable army of talented, hard-working, affordable subcontractors to ensure a short market time and a high bid. Jaime oversaw personnel to handle inspection, repairs, cleaning, staging (including the rental of display furniture), and the production of a multimedia showcase video -- the latter of which even included some very dramatic and picturesque flyover footage shot with a drone! When all was said and done, I got a very good offer in only a few short weeks, and Jaime worked with me and with the buyer's agent through every step of the closing process. I live out-of-state and couldn't be there in person to directly handle any part of this sale, so it could have been very risky for me; but I am delighted that I had someone as meticulous, trustworthy, and personable as Jaime to which to delegate the entire affair."

"Jaime Stenwick in one word is wonderful! As a first-time seller, I wasn't sure what to expect and I didn't want to feel like I didn't get the best I could for my home, and from start to finish she made my experience even better than I could have ever expected which melted any anxieties I had prior to my sale. She seemed to go out of her way as much as she could, and she was always available with a text, phone call, or email with any question I had no matter how insignificant it was and within a reasonable amount of time too, if not within the hour! She lifted every burden I thought I'd have going into this from finding the right contractor to improve our home before it was ready to sell, to getting the right person to help stage it to make it more presentable! I don't hesitate for one second to refer Jaime as she's the first person I tell everyone about that I know looking to buy or sell! She will be my lifetime agent and who can say that in 2023???"

"Jaime is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I wanted someone knowledgable about the area we were looking in and Jaime was exactly that and more. She’s honest, fair, confident and a true straight shooter. She helped us navigate the buying side in such a respectful way where I never felt like I was a burden and she always made me feel every question I had was important (no matter how big or small).
